The first phase of the Master Development Plan is offering lots only for sale:

• There are monthly fees in order to pay the regular maintenance expenses and the Administrator of the Condo Association. A lot owner will receive a clear title for the property.

Loma Verde is a short 10 minute drive from Carrillo and Samara Beach, as well as from the local airstrip. SANSA, a local airline, has flights daily between Carrillo Beach and San Jose, capitol of Costa Rica, and is a short 30 minute flight. Loma Verde is located 2 kms. (1km = .62 miles) from Carrillo Beach - 10 minutes by car; 9 kms. from Samara Beach - 20 minutes by car.
